Role Description
We are seeking an Account Manager for a contract-based, hybrid position based in Melbourne, VIC, with flexibility for some work-from-home arrangements. The Account Manager will oversee client relationships, maintain account satisfaction, and develop strategies to meet client needs. Responsibilities include managing deliverables, identifying growth opportunities, providing personalized support, and collaborating with teams to ensure a seamless experience for clients. This role also involves presenting updates and performance metrics to clients regularly.

- Proven skills in account management, client relationship management, and customer support
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities
- Analytical skills to assess client needs and provide strategic solutions
- Project coordination and collaboration skills conducive to working in hybrid environments
- Familiarity with cybersecurity solutions or technology industry experience is highly valued
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
- Experience using CRM tools is advantageous
