Role Description

We are seeking an Account Manager for a contract-based, hybrid position based in Melbourne, VIC, with flexibility for some work-from-home arrangements. The Account Manager will oversee client relationships, maintain account satisfaction, and develop strategies to meet client needs. Responsibilities include managing deliverables, identifying growth opportunities, providing personalized support, and collaborating with teams to ensure a seamless experience for clients. This role also involves presenting updates and performance metrics to clients regularly.
