Team Leader – Warehousing & Logistics

Location: Kemps Creek

Full-Time | Monday to Friday

Morning Shift - 8am to 4pm

We're on the lookout for a motivated and experienced Team Leader to manage and coordinate our warehousing and transport operations. This is a vital role in maintaining the smooth and efficient flow of goods, while fostering strong communication across teams in a dynamic logistics environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily warehouse and logistics operations
  • Allocate workloads and ensure timely dispatch and deliveries
  • Manage transport documentation and ensure compliance standards are met
  • Work closely with warehouse and transport teams to maintain stock accuracy and complete order fulfilment
  • Track incoming and outgoing stock, investigate variances, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs)
  • Assist with data entry and general administrative tasks as needed
  • Promote and drive continuous improvements in safety, productivity, and team performance

What We're Looking For:

  • Proven leadership experience in warehousing, transport, or logistics
  • Strong organisational skills with a solution-focused mindset
  • Excellent communication and team coordination abilities
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and warehouse management systems (WMS)
  • High level of attention to detail and the ability to thrive under pressure
