We're seeking an experienced Electrical Leading Hand / Site Supervisor to oversee and coordinate electrical works across a range of commercial sites. This role is ideal for a skilled supervisor ready to take the next step in their career — someone confident in leading site teams, reading plans, and ensuring quality, safety, and efficiency on every project.

About the Role

Working closely with the Project Manager, you'll be responsible for supervising a team of technicians, managing day-to-day site operations, and maintaining high technical and safety standards.

What You'll Bring

  • Current electrical qualification or licence
  • Minimum 2 years' supervisory experience leading teams on commercial projects
  • Strong technical knowledge with proven ability to troubleshoot and resolve electrical issues
  • Hands-on, practical approach with refined electrical skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organisational and time management abilities with a focus on meeting deadlines
