The Opportunity

We are currently seeking an experienced Electrical Superintendent to join our dynamic team and lead electrical operations on a major project in Orchard Hills.

This is a unique opportunity to work on a large-scale project for the next two years, managing teams, resources, and technical execution with a focus on safety, compliance, and performance excellence.


Key Responsibilities
  • Team Supervision: Lead and direct electrical teams on-site, ensuring high standards of workmanship and safety.
  • Safety & Compliance: Enforce strict adherence to all relevant electrical codes, standards, and safety regulations.
  • Project Coordination: Oversee all electrical aspects of the project from planning to completion.
  • Resource Management: Ensure efficient use of labor, equipment, and materials.
  • Leadership & Training: Manage performance, provide mentorship, conduct reviews, and identify training needs.
  • Technical Support: Offer expert guidance and resolve technical issues promptly.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with project managers, engineers, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution.

What We're Looking For
  • Extensive Experience: Proven track record managing electrical operations on large-scale construction or infrastructure projects. Minimum of 5 years experience as an electrical superintended
  • Leadership Skills: Ability to lead, motivate, and manage skilled trades teams effectively.
  • Technical Knowledge: Strong foundation in electrical engineering and construction practices.
  • Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills for effective stakeholder engagement.
  • Commitment to Safety: Deep understanding of safety regulations and practices in the electrical field.
