Step up into leadership with Electro Plus Services

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Leading Hand to join our growing team. This role is hands-on, leading a small crew across multiple projects throughout Sydney, ensuring safety, quality, and efficiency on every site.

What you'll do:
  • Lead and support tradespeople and apprentices on-site
  • Coordinate daily site activities, materials, and resources
  • Maintain high standards of safety and workmanship
  • Liaise with Supervisors and Project Managers on progress
  • Work across a variety of projects throughout the Sydney region
  • Promote a positive team culture
What you'll bring:
  • Proven experience as a Leading Hand or Senior Tradesperson
  • Current Electrical License
  • Strong leadership, organisational, and communication skills
  • White Card and current driver's licence
  • Willingness to travel to different job sites across Sydney
