About the role

Split Solar Electrical Services is seeking a motivated Solar Electrical Apprentice to join our team in Sydney, NSW. This is a full-time role where you will learn and develop your skills in the installation and maintenance of solar power systems. As a Solar Electrical Apprentice, you will gain hands-on experience and work alongside experienced professionals to deliver high-quality solar solutions to our customers.

What you'll be doing

  1. Assist with the installation, testing and maintenance of solar photovoltaic (PV) systems
  2. Learn to read and interpret electrical diagrams and schematics
  3. Develop an understanding of electrical safety and compliance requirements
  4. Participate in the troubleshooting and problem-solving of solar power system issues
  5. Maintain a clean and organised work environment
  6. Attend training and complete coursework as required for your apprenticeship
