The Role:

Are you an experienced Property Manager or Property Manager looking to elevate your career? Due to the rapid growth of our property management department, we have an exciting opportunity for a dedicated professional to join our team. You'll oversee one of our busy portfolios limited to a maximum of approx 120 properties with full support from a collaborative team and leadership.

Utilising our ground breaking technology, you'll have the tools to focus on what matters most: delivering exceptional service to our clients. With a limited portfolio per property manager and hands-on leadership, this is a Property Manager role like no other.

Our emphasis on technology and innovation ensures that you can concentrate on what you do best:

  • Liaising with Landlords and Tenants
  • Arranging property maintenance as required
  • Interpreting legislation to add value to the client
  • Providing proactive and professional guidance to the landlord regarding their property
  • Leveraging integrated technology platforms to efficiently run your portfolio
  • Utilising our team to grow your career and experience through many opportunities
  • Mentor and support less experienced team members, including Property Managers, Associates, Leasing Partners and Cadets

The Candidate (we are looking for someone with):

  • A current Property Management Registration licence
  • A minimum of 1 years experience as a Property Manager or Senior Property Manager
  • A passion for Property Management and outstanding client service
  • A strong focus on the utilisation of technology and systems to operate in an efficient manner
  • The desire to work as a part of a collaborative team
  • A patient and resilient nature
  • Personal and professional values that align with ours

The role also includes a company car/fuel allowance.
