Maintenance & Handyperson

Are you a practical, hands-on person with a knack for fixing things? We are looking for a Full-Time Maintenance Person to join our team and help keep our coastal property in top condition.

This is more than just a handyman role – you'll be part of a small, supportive team that takes pride in presenting a safe, well-maintained environment for our guests and owners.

What you'll be doing

• Carry out day-to-day maintenance tasks across apartments and common areas (painting, plumbing, carpentry, minor electrical, etc.).
• Respond to maintenance requests from reception, housekeeping, and management.
• Support refurbishment projects and scheduled improvement works.
• Ensure the property is safe, functional, and well presented.
• Work independently while being an active team player.

What we're looking for

• Experience in maintenance, handyman or trade work.
• Reliable and punctual – someone the team can count on.
• Positive attitude with a strong work ethic.
• Problem-solving skills – you enjoy finding practical solutions.
• Able to work with and take direction from management, particularly our Acting Maintenance Manager.
• Basic computer literacy – comfortable with logging jobs, emails, and simple systems (not IT-level, but not a novice).
• Driver's licence required.

Nice to have (but not essential)

• Trade qualification (plumbing, electrical, carpentry, or similar).
• Previous experience in hotels, resorts, or strata environments.
