We're seeking an experienced Finance Business Analyst with strong Process Engineering and ERP implementation experience to join 2 of our key clients on their business and bect transformation journey. This is a fantastic opportunity to work across finance operations, process improvement, and system design — helping modernise core ERP systems and strengthen financial performance through smarter processes and data-driven insight.

About the Role:

As the Finance Business Analyst, you'll play a central role in reviewing and redesigning finance processes, supporting the implementation of ERP enhancements, and ensuring that financial systems and workflows align with business needs. You'll partner closely with Finance, IT, and Project teams to bridge business requirements with technical delivery, ensuring a seamless transition from "as-is" to "to-be" processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyse current finance and accounting processes to identify opportunities for improvement and automation.
  • Document and design future state workflows (BPMN/Visio), ensuring alignment with ERP functionality.
  • Collaborate with Finance stakeholders to define business requirements and translate them into functional specifications.
  • Support ERP project delivery — from requirements through testing and change management.
  • Facilitate workshops to capture finance process gaps and improvement areas (P2P, O2C, R2R).
  • Contribute to data migration, validation, and integration planning.
  • Support post-implementation review and continuous process optimisation.

You'll Bring:

  • Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, business, or IT.
  • 5+ years' experience as a Business Analyst within Finance, ERP, or transformation projects.
  • Strong background in Process Engineering / Process Re-design (Lean, Six Sigma, BPMN).
  • Hands-on experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Dynamics 365, NetSuite).
    • Excellent understanding of key finance processes – P2P, O2C, R2R, FP&A.
  • Proven ability to work across business and IT to translate needs into system solutions.
    • Strong documentation and stakeholder facilitation skills.
  • Experience working in cross-functional project teams.
