About the role

We are seeking a motivated Logistics / Warehouse Operator to join our Melbourne team. In this Full-time position, you will play a crucial role in supporting our warehousing operations. Hours of work will be 8:30am to 5pm.

What you'll be doing

  • Receiving, sorting, and storing incoming goods and materials
  • Picking, packing, and dispatching orders accurately and efficiently
  • Loading and unloading containers
  • Operating forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment safely and effectively
  • Maintaining a clean, organised, and safe work environment
  • Assisting with inventory management and cycle counts
  • Providing excellent customer service to both internal and external stakeholders
  • Other warehouse duties as directed

What we're looking for

  • Previous experience in a warehousing role (preferable but not essential)
  • Must have a Forklift licence - counterbalance (High Reach experience preferable but not essential)
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
