  • Prepare and review statutory financial statements in compliance with Australian Accounting Standards.
  • Assist clients with budgeting, forecasting and cash flow planning, providing analytical insights to support effective business decision-making.
  • Provide advisory services on financial performance, cost structures, efficiency improvements, and insights on business structures and financing options.
  • Prepare and lodge Business Activity Statements, Instalment Activity Statements, Fringe Benefits Tax returns, income tax returns and other statutory compliance reports for corporate clients.
  • Support audit preparation and liaise with auditors and regulators during statutory and compliance audits;
  • Assist with financial investigations including matters relating to mergers, acquisitions, insolvency or suspected fraud.
  • Conduct technical accounting research and prepare position papers on complex accounting issues for client engagements.
  • Advise on internal control frameworks and contribute to process improvements, financial systems optimisation, and the adoption of best-practice accounting methods.
  • Provide support and guidance on accounting systems, ensuring data integrity and effective use within client engagements.

Requirements:

  • At least two years experience in corporate accounting or management accounting;
  • CPA or CA qualified, with strong technical accounting knowledge;
  • Proficient English Language ability (IELTS scores at least 7 for each component or equivalent);
  • Excellent attention to detail, analytical thinking, and communication skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $100,000.00 – $110,000.00 per year
