We are currently looking for an Administrative Assistant / Accounts Admin to provide accounting assistance, clerical, receptionist and administrative support to our finance and operation teams based in Sydney's Eastern Suburbs.

**Responsibilities**
- Accounts Receivable including invoicing and chasing debtors.
- Payroll and Super preparation
- Accounts Payable.
- End of Month processing and reporting.
- Assisting with end of financial year reporting and processes.
- Perform general clerical duties.
- Answering phone calls and taking messages.
- BAS reporting, IAS reporting and Payroll tax Reporting

**Profile**
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
- Strong verbal and interpersonal communication skills and proficient in reading, listening and writing skills in English.
- An independent individual who can demonstrate sound initiative and good problem solving skills, flexibility and ability to work well with all levels of internal management and staff, as well as outside clients and vendors.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure & meet deadlines.
- Ability to handle confidential information with highest integrity and professionalism is required.
- Excellent computer skills including Microsoft Office.
- Excellent organisation skills.

**Salary**: $45,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- No weekends
