A distributor of healthcare products and services to practitioners in Australia are looking for a skilled Accounts Payable Officer. They are the leading supplier of consumable products and the latest healthcare equipment and technologies. A wonderful work environment characterized by a positive and supportive atmosphere.

**The role**

Accounts payable accounts for money the business owes arising from the purchase of products and services. This role works closely with all levels of management, staff, and vendors to ensure that all invoices are processed, and expenses are allocated to the correct cost centers.
- Responsible for Processing invoices/matching supplier invoices to purchase orders
- Responsible for part of the accounts payable ledger this includes data entry of approved invoices into the finance system.
- Responsible to work quickly and efficiently is highly valued & dealing with different stakeholders within the business
- Responsible for handling high-valued stocks.

**About you**
- Min. 3 years of accounts payable experience (payables with Stock/SKU’s would be beneficial)
- Experience with Pronto and Concur desirable
- Experience with a computerized accounting system & data entry.
- Experience with Microsoft Office including Word and Excel.
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Strong team player, and can-do approach.
- Must be a Permanent Residence/Australian Citizen
