The Opportunity:

Join the Housekeeping team at Crystalbrook Collection and take pride in creating beautifully presented spaces that make every guest feel at home. As a Housekeeping Attendant, you will play a key role in upholding our high standards of cleanliness and presentation across guest rooms.

Working closely with the Executive Housekeeper and a supportive, collaborative team, this casual role offers 24–38 hours per week, with flexibility for additional shifts. You will take pride in every detail, work with care and consistency, and find genuine satisfaction in creating beautiful spaces that our guests will enjoy.

• Previous experience in housekeeping or cleaning within a hotel environment (preferred but not essential)
• Strong attention to detail and consistency in room presentation and cleanliness
• Excellent organisation and time-management skills
• A proactive and positive attitude with pride in maintaining high standards
• Friendly, professional communication and genuine care for guest satisfaction
• Ability to work independently while contributing to a supportive team
• Flexibility to work across a 7-day roster, including weekends and public holidays
