THE ROLE
This permanent part-time position at our Cairns store offers the chance to play an active sales role within our dynamic team. Working 30 hours per week, including some weekends, the role is structured to meet the needs of a growing business.

Key Responsibilities Of The Role Include

  • Provide expert professional customer service to our retail and trade customers
  • Promote and expand our Trade Loyalty Program and Trade accounts
  • Develop strong product knowledge to assist customers in making the best product choice
  • Achieve and exceed personal sales targets
  • Supporting other team members to ensure business goals are met
  • Contribute to the overall presentation of the store through merchandising and general housekeeping

About You
To be successful in this role, you will possess the following qualities:

  • Previous experience in a customer service environment
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to genuinely connect with your customers
  • An energetic and enthusiastic approach to all aspects of your job
  • A strong attention to detail
