We're leading the future of snacking with iconic global and local brands such as Oreo, Cadbury, Philadelphia, Pascall, The Natural Confectionery Company, Belvita, Ritz and Toblerone with global revenues exceeding $31 billion USD.

This includes monitoring adherence to company policies, external standards, customer requirements, and regulatory obligations.
  • Accountable for training to ensure operational teams understand and apply quality and food safety requirements consistently. This includes delivering onboarding, refresher, and targeted training sessions to build site capability and compliance.
  • Supports the site's external audit readiness and regulatory compliance. The role ensures all required controls, records, and verifications are consistently applied, maintained, and audit ready.
  • Build stronger partnerships with the Manufacturing team, working closely together to embed a shared ownership of quality across all operational areas. This partnership approach supports the site's continuous improvement and operational excellence goals.
