Financial Accountant (Part-time)

TAP are exclusively partnering with a globally recognised Marketing Services firm to support their search for a Financial Accountant to join their team. Working in a close-nit team, this role will play an integral part in supporting and ensuring the day-to-day finance operation runs effectively. Reporting into the Finance Director, you will have the opportunity to influence decision making, work independently and develop your skills. This job is ideal for anyone who is immediately available and seeking part-time positions.

Key responsibilities:

  • Supporting month-end closing activities, including proposing accruals, processing journals and adjustments, and general understanding of the P&L and Balance Sheet
  • Vendor creation and managing vendor enquiries
  • Working with the wider production or client teams to obtain client Purchase Orders as required
  • Coordinate intercompany recharges and transactions with other offices
  • Responsible for the preparation of end-of-month bank reconciliations

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Immediately available
  • Experience working with NetSuite
  • Prior experience working within Marcomms, Professional or Legal Services is desirable
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • 2-5 years finance & accounting experience
