We're V2 Helicopters, a busy flight training and charter company based at Archerfield. We're looking for a switched-on, people-first Reception & Customer Experience to welcome guests, manage bookings, and keep our day running smoothly.

This role is part-time (ideal for students or anyone breaking into aviation/customer service) with room to grow into operations, sales, or marketing for the right person.

What you'll do

  • Be the friendly first point of contact: phone, email, and in-person reception.
  • Manage bookings and schedules across our aviation software and third-party providers.
  • Keep customer and student details tidy in our CRM; follow up leads and enquiries.
  • Support daily operations (check-ins, gift voucher redemptions, paperwork, basic invoicing).
  • Think creatively about sales & marketing (upsells, partnerships, mini-promos).
  • Post occasional social media updates (quick reels/stories, behind-the-scenes content).
  • Collaborate with instructors and pilots to keep flights running on time.

You'll thrive here if you

  • Are enthusiastic about helicopters and aviation (no prior aviation experience required).
  • Take initiative, spot problems early, and think outside the box.
  • Are tech-confident: Google Workspace (Gmail, Docs, Sheets), booking systems, and CRMs.
  • Have strong attention to detail and love tidy data and processes.
  • Communicate clearly and professionally with customers and teammates.
  • Can work 2–4 shifts per week, including at least one weekend day.

Nice to have (not essential)

  • Experience in reception, hospitality, tourism, or a busy front-of-house environment.
  • Basic content skills (short videos, captions, Canva).
  • Current driver's licence.
