We offer:
- Casual position in Eltham office
- Comprehensive training and education.
The role:
- Receiving and organising new client referrals and ongoing appointments via phone and email.
- Responding to Medicare rebate enquiries, ensuring intake form completion, allocating service codes
- Maintaining professional and ethical standards and setting a high standard of client care.
- Contributing to ongoing improvements in patient care and administrative services.
- Maintaining client confidentially.
The successful applicant must have:
- Previous experience with healthcare billing and medicare rebate compliance
- A genuine care for and empathy towards people.
- Commitment to customer service excellence a
- Ability to process information with high levels of accuracy & attention to detail.
- High level organisational skills and ability to multi-task and reprioritize.
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a team.
