**Job Description**:
As part of the National Client Services Team, your role is to provide our clients with superior, award winning service and support. Supporting clients who have purchased exclusive appliances, luxury bathware and high end furniture brands you will be responsible for ensuring any post sales warranty, spare parts or technical requests are dealt with efficiently, with a high level of detail whilst living and breathing our Winning Values.

**What your day-to-day might look like**
- Confidently assisting clients, exceeding expectations with a personalised solution to their needs
- Offering technical advice for any installation queries
- Troubleshoot and/or diagnose faults with products or services
- Manage and record the warranty process - ordering spare parts, arranging technicians and updating clients
- Work with the Client Services Technical Manager to ensure you have up-to date product knowledge and diagnostic material

**Qualifications**:

- A real passion for delivering amazing experiences for our customers
- Curious, problem solving and can-do attitude
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure and adapt to changing priorities
- Experience in luxury bathware or high end furniture highly sought after though not necessary
