Client Services Officer

The Client Services Officer will;
- Provide reception services to clients, staff and other service providers
- Answer incoming telephone calls
- Coordinate client appointments, including making appointments, managing client arrivals, and rescheduling/cancelling appointments where required.
**To be successful, you will require;**
- Year 12 VCE completion or equivalent AND/OR Certificate III/IV in Business Administration OR a post-secondary qualification in a related discipline.
- Ability to travel across the service delivery area/s
- A current Working with Children Check (Employee)
