Care to Care is recruiting experienced Personal Care Workers who are committed to working with aged and disabled clients. Our services include: personal care, domestic assistance, companion care and more. We are looking for additional staff around Wynnum/Manly and across the Bayside area.

The successful candidates will have a strong background in In-home Care and will thrive on working in a close-knit team and have a passion for delivering the highest quality in client care.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Assist with Personal Care.
  • Provide Domestic Assistance
  • Provide companionship and support clients with social activities
  • Assist clients with transportation to appointments, etc.
  • Prepare food & assist clients with eating
  • Assist Clients with medication

Key requirements:

  • Minimum Certificate III in Individual Support or equivalent
  • Well presented, reliable and resilient
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Blue and yellow card/NDIS Workers screening check or willing to obtain
  • Current First Aid & CPR certificates
  • Assist clients with medication unit (desirable – or willing to obtain)
  • Current unrestricted driver's license & reliable vehicle
  • Comprehensive car insurance
  • COVID 19 Vaccination

Job Type: Casual

Pay: $40.84 – $73.51 per hour

Experience:

  • Personal Care: 2 years (Preferred)

Licence/Certification:

  • Certificate III in Individual Support? (Preferred)
  • Driver's licence (Preferred)
