Lakefield Care is expanding and needing to find quality Support Workers to grow with us.

We are a boutique NDIS Care Provider who currently support participants in Brisbane and surrounding areas, Ipswich and Toowoomba. We are looking for passionate Support Workers to join our team in Wynnum, Redland Bay and Victoria Point.

Lakefield Care is seeking experienced Support Workers who can not only provide consistency, warmth and rapport with our clients but also offer professionalism. We seek people who are reliable, friendly and trustworthy and who can offer an above and beyond approach.

Lakefield Care recognises the value of both formal and informal experiences. We also recognise the value of lived experiences - often something that other Service Providers ignore. Lakefield Care is very focused on person-centred care and we value individuals with Social Work or Community Service training.

We offer an excellent ABOVE INDUSTRY STANDARD rate of pay and are lovely to work for. All applicants must have a reliable car, current Open Drivers Licence and comprehensive car insurance in addition to mandatory documentation for disability work.

**Salary**: $40.00 per hour

Schedule:

- Flexible hours
- Rotating roster
- Weekend availability

Supplemental pay types:
