Jetty Bar & Eats is looking for a Full Time experienced Chef to join our team in Fremantle.

Located on the beautiful Swan River, Jetty Bar & Eats has established itself in the hospitality scene over the last 4 years as a venue delivering a fun and relaxed drinking and dining experience with a picture perfect view. Inspired by the Mediterranean coastline, Jetty offers a fresh seasonal menu delivered by a motivated kitchen team dedicated to quality food.

Open 5 days a week (Wednesday - Sunday) serving food throughout the day and into the evening, this sun soaked venue is a great next step for an up and coming Chef de Partie.

  • The right candidate will be ready to roll up their sleeves,  jump on board and be part of our enthusiastic culinary vibrant team
  • A genuine interest in all things food, and passion for great produce
  • Be a true team player, participating in menu development and all aspects of day to day kitchen operations.
  • Experience and understanding of kitchen operations and people management
  • Actively promote and enable a healthy positive work culture .
  • Maintain an exceptional standard of hygiene and cleanliness
  • Must have the right to work in Australia or be a permanent resident
