The Role

Reporting to the Executive Chef, we are seeking talented Casual Chef de Partie's with a strong background in fine dining to join our dynamic team. As a key member in the kitchen, you will play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional dining experiences to our guests. In this role you will be doing:

  • Ensure that foods are prepared, cooked and presented according to the menu and recipe.
  • Follow standards of presentation, quality and portion control in line with the outlets menu presentation folder and recipes.
  • Assist in menu development, bringing fresh ideas and contributing to the creation of innovative and seasonal dishes
  • Monitor stock levels for the section and communicate ordering needs
  • Assist in the training and supervision of junior staff in your section.
About You
  • Diploma in Commercial Cookery
  • Minimum 2 years of experience as a Chef de Partie or 3 years as a Commis Chef
  • Strong understanding of food safety, hygiene practices and allergen awareness
  • Excellent time management, communication and teamwork skills
  • Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
  • Passion for culinary excellence and commitment to high standards.
