*What are we looking for?*
Our Commonwealth Compensation (Comcare) practice group in our Sydney Office is now seeking a qualified Lawyer.

The successful person in this position will work closely with an established team across a range of Comcare matters and will take carriage of a file load. This is a true opportunity for a Lawyer to develop their skills. Critical to the role will be forging strong links with internal and external stakeholders.

Other Responsibilities Will Include

• Management of a Comcare practice
• Provide clear, practical and concise legal and commercial advice
• Providing a tailored approach to clients to understand the context of their matter
• Identifying practical and innovative solutions for clients
• Maintain and build new client relationships for the practice
• Providing exceptional service to clients

• Previous practising experience in personal injury law with a passion for Comcare;
• Outstanding communication & interpersonal skills;
• Exceptional negotiation skills and an ability to communicate effectively and compassionately;
• Demonstrated skills in effective network and relationship management;
• Ability to work autonomously as well as within a team environment;
• Ability to listen to, and empathise with clients and their families;
• Ability to exercise judgement & resolve problems expeditiously & satisfactorily;
• Superior organisational skills.
