We are working on several fantastic opportunities for talented Solicitors and Associates to join a leading Tier 1 and award winning Dispute Resolution team here in Sydney, along with two high-performing and well-regarded mid-tier firms within their Commercial Litigation teams, all being based in the heart of Sydney CBD.

In these roles, you will be working across a range of exciting and challenging commercial litigation matters. These high-performing Firms give lawyers the opportunity to undertake quality work, maintain frequent and direct communication with clients, and work in a supportive and collaborative environment.

About the roles

No two days are the same — you'll be exposed to a variety of work, including:


• Complex commercial litigation


• Debt recovery


• Building and construction disputes


• Shareholder and franchise disputes


• Insolvency-related matters

This firm places a strong emphasis on career development and empowering lawyers to shape their own professional path. Junior lawyers are encouraged to attend client meetings, brief external counsel, and appear in court, depending on their interests and career goals.

About you

  • Hold a Bachelor of Laws degree and qualified to practice in a Commonwealth jurisdiction.
  • Between 1 - 5 years of experience in commercial litigation from a reputable law firm.
  • An ability to work to tight timeframes, collaboratively and at times autonomously.
  • A sense of initiative, a keen interest in commercial litigation and a willingness to learn and develop.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work as part of a team, as well as the ability to work independently.
  • Ability to brief, instruct and generally interact with external counsel.
