About Us

Flowcore is a premium boutique fitness studio based in Manly, offering XFORMER, Sculpt, Strength Mat Pilates, Vinyasa and Mellow classes — with Xformer being the only one of its kind in Australia. Our goal is to create a unique, results-driven fitness experience in a welcoming, community-focused environment.

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Fitness Studio Manager & Senior Instructor to oversee day-to-day operations and deliver high-quality group fitness classes. The successful candidate will play a vital role in leading the team, driving member engagement, training new instructors and managing studio performance while also teaching multiple class styles.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage daily studio operations, class schedules, and instructor rosters.

-Recruit, train, and mentor instructors and support staff.

-Teach a minimum of 15 classes per week across at least three of the following formats: Xformer, Sculpt, Strength Pilates, Yoga

-Develop and execute strategies for member acquisition and retention.

-Oversee budgets, expenses, and business KPIs.

-Ensure compliance with WHS and fitness industry regulations.

Skills & Qualifications

-Minimum 2 years' experience as a Fitness Studio Manager, Head Instructor, or similar leadership role.

-Certificate IV in Fitness, Diploma/Bachelor's degree in Sports/Business/Fitness Management, or equivalent.

-Proven ability to teach at least 3 of the following: Xformer, Sculpt, Strength Pilates, Vinyasa Yoga.

-Strong leadership, organisational, and communication skills.

  • Experience using booking and membership platforms (e.g. Mariana Tek, Netgym).

  • Current First Aid and CPR certifications.
