About the role
We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Sales Assistant/Manager to join our team at xuan studio jewelry Pty Ltd's retail location in Manly, NSW. This full-time role (you will need to work both weekend) is integral to providing exceptional in-store customer service and contributing to the overall success of our jewellery business.
What you'll be doing
- Providing friendly and knowledgeable customer service, ensuring a positive shopping experience
- Assisting customers with product selection, answering queries, and completing sales transactions
- Maintaining a well-organised and visually appealing store environment
- Handling cash, processing payments, and reconciling daily sales
- Participating in inventory management, including stock ordering, receiving, and merchandising
- Promoting our products and services to drive sales and customer loyalty
What we're looking for
- Prior experience in a customer-facing retail or sales role, preferably in the jewellery or fashion industry
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a passion for providing exceptional customer service
- Excellent organisational and multi-tasking abilities, with attention to detail
- Enthusiasm for learning about our product range and staying updated on industry trends
- Ability to work as part of a team and contribute to the overall success of the business
- Flexible and willing to work weekends and public holidays as required
- Availbility for weekend shift is a must.
