Email & Marketing Automation Specialist
, you'll be at the heart of how millions of members interact with our brands - Goodlife Health Clubs, Fitness First, Zap Fitness, Jetts New Zealand and Barry's.

From designing personalised lifecycle journeys to delivering impactful multi-channel campaigns, you'll play a key role in shaping how our members experience FLG every single day.

Key Responsibilities

• Build, optimise and manage automated customer journeys across email, SMS and push channels.
• Deliver multi-channel marketing campaigns that align with brand objectives and drive engagement.
• Use segmentation, triggers and dynamic content to create personalised communications.
• Partner with data teams to ensure campaign audiences are accurate, effective and actionable.
• Monitor campaign performance, report on engagement metrics and provide actionable insights.
• Apply SQL and reporting tools to build dashboards and track lifecycle outcomes.
• Standardise workflows and conduct QA to ensure campaigns are timely, accurate and compliant.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Product and Operations teams to deliver seamless lifecycle initiatives.
• Share best practices and insights to lift adoption of automation and lifecycle processes across the business.
• Contribute to enterprise-wide projects, supporting the rollout of new tools, features and processes.

About You

Here's what you'll bring to the team:

• 4+ years of hands-on experience in email, CRM or lifecycle marketing.
• Confidence working with enterprise platforms (Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Braze, Microsoft Dynamics or similar).
• Solid SQL skills and the ability to turn data into smarter targeting and reporting.
• Strong project management skills – you're organised, proactive and can juggle multiple priorities with ease.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills – you can collaborate, influence and bring people on the journey.
• A detail-oriented mindset with a passion for accuracy, quality and continuous improvement.
• Curiosity, ambition and a collaborative spirit – you're always looking for better ways to do things and enjoy working as part of a team.
