About Us

We are currently recruiting on behalf of our client for a J apanese-speaking Executive Assistant to provide day-to-day secretarial and administrative support. This is a full-time position based in North Sydney, with flexibility to work from home.
The role offers a dynamic and varied scope of responsibilities across administration, finance, and stakeholder coordination.

Responsibilities

  • Manage internal expense systems and coordinate payment instructions with financial institutions.
  • Liaise with tax agents and provide necessary documentation.
  • Support internal reporting and budget tracking, including FBT and GST processes.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements, calendar management, and office logistics.
  • Handle administrative tasks such visa arrangements and manage office supplies.
  • Maintain vendor service records and manage third-party service providers.
  • Assist with internal and external event coordination (e.g., restaurant and golf bookings).
  • Act as a point of contact for IT and office service providers.
  • Carry out other ad-hoc administration tasks

Your Profile

  • Prior experience in a secretarial or administrative role
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent communication in both English and Japanese
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Accuracy and attention to detail
