Join us at W Cosmetics, where your role as a Brand Specialist for our Japanese Brands will be pivotal in sculpting our merchandise strategy and optimizing inventory to exceed financial goals. You'll have the opportunity to craft seasonal product strategies that capitalize on business opportunities, fostering collaboration across departments to bring these visions to life.

**Some Key Roles and Responsibilities**:

- Support the management of Japanese brands
- Support for the Japanese brand manager
- Managing Japanese brand social media accounts
- Coordination with other national brands in stores
- Exploring new business opportunities within Australia
- Preparing reports for business partners and training materials for staff
- Provide support in VM (Visual Merchandising) management in stores
- Domestic and international business trips as needed

**Experience, skills & Qualifications**:

- Japanese language proficiency is preferred
- Experience in the cosmetics or fashion industry
- Experience as a team leader or manager
- Familiarity with social media management tools

Note: Salary is dependent as per award, and award category

Pay: From $60,000.00 per year
