We're offering an exciting full-time opportunity for an entry level HR & WHS Administration Assistant to join our energetic and supportive Coffs Harbour Office at Thomas Scaffolding.

No construction experience? No problem. If you're keen to learn, we'll teach you the rest.

In this diverse role, you'll play a key part in keeping our operations running smoothly — with a growing focus on supporting our HR and Workplace Health & Safety (WHS) functions. You'll work closely with our HR and WHS Officer on onboarding, compliance, training records, and safety processes, while also handling general administration, event coordination, and team support.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Helping with onboarding new team members and keeping staff records up to date
  • Supporting safety processes and compliance (we'll show you how)
  • Managing everyday admin tasks like emails, phones, and team support
  • Keeping registers and documents updated and organised
  • Helping out with events, office supplies, and staff initiatives
  • Supporting ad hoc marketing, accounts and operations tasks as needed
