About the Role
We're looking for a Marketing Specialist who can own end-to-end campaign execution planning, creating, and reporting across multiple channels.
You'll be responsible for bringing ideas to life through strong storytelling, sharp copywriting, and visually engaging content. This is a hybrid role that blends creative execution with strategic thinking and content performance insight.
You'll work closely with our marketing, design, and product teams to develop content that resonates with our B2B audience and supports the full customer lifecycle—from awareness and acquisition to activation and retention.
Responsibilities
- Plan and execute campaigns across web, email, social, and other owned/earned channels
- Write and edit high-quality content including blog posts, case studies, landing pages, emails, and product marketing materials
- Support the development of campaign messaging, tone, and content frameworks for launches and partner collaborations
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to bring campaigns to life—briefing designers, supporting media teams, and contributing to broader go-to-market initiatives
- Use insights and analytics to inform content strategy and optimise performance
- Help ensure consistency in brand tone, storytelling, and visual presentation across all content
- Support the development of our content calendar and always-on content strategy
- Bring a fintech mindset to the work—curious about innovation, product experience, and customer pain points in the B2B payments and rewards space
About You
- 3–5 years of experience in content marketing, in B2B, Rewards or SaaS environments
- Strong copywriting, editing, and visual communication skills
- Comfortable briefing and collaborating with designers to elevate the quality of your work
- Strategic thinker who understands how content supports different stages of the funnel
- Able to manage projects end-to-end and juggle multiple campaigns at once
- Highly organised, proactive, and detail-oriented
- Experience with tools like WordPress, Salesforce Marketing Cloud,
- Figma, or basic design tools is a plus
- Experience in product marketing is beneficial but not essential
- A passion for fintech and an interest in helping business owners get more from their payments
