Marketing Specialist - Global Fashion Brand

Location: Melbourne CBD (Onsite)

Join one of the world's most renowned fashion brands and take the next step in your marketing career Our client, a globally recognised leader in fashion, is seeking a driven Marketing Specialist to join their collaborative and creative team.

About the Role

As a Marketing Specialist, you'll work closely with the Senior Marketing Manager and a supportive team to deliver impactful, customer-focused campaigns. This is a hands-on role where you'll:

  • Develop and implement integrated marketing communication strategies across multiple customer segments.
  • Manage and evaluate marketing campaigns, ensuring they deliver against objectives.
  • Brief and collaborate with external agencies, including media and advertising partners.
  • Partner with internal stakeholders to deliver effective communication campaigns.
  • Create engaging content across social media channels.

About You

We're looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and brings:

  • 5+ years' experience in marketing communications, with strong campaign management skills.
  • Proven ability across paid, earned, and owned media channels.
  • A commercial mindset with strong analytical and reporting capabilities.
  • Experience working with agencies (advertising, media, creative).
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
  • Retail or global brand experience (highly regarded).
  • A degree in Marketing is preferred, though not essential.
