About the Role

As a Site Foreman, you'll take a hands-on leadership role managing day-to-day operations across multiple Brisbane-based construction projects. You'll be responsible for ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest standards — while maintaining a positive and high-performing site culture.

Key Responsibilities

  • Hands-on leadership: Lead, coordinate and motivate site teams and subcontractors to deliver outstanding results.
  • Quality & progress: Monitor daily works, resolve on-site issues, and ensure project milestones are achieved.
  • Safety first: Uphold WHS compliance and champion a proactive safety culture across all sites.
  • Attention to detail: Maintain quality control, ensuring construction meets plans, specs, and client expectations.

About You

  • Proven experience as a Site Foreman delivering commercial or industrial projects in the Brisbane region.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills with a practical, solutions-driven mindset.
  • Skilled in managing trades, reading drawings, and driving productivity on site.
  • Solid understanding of WHS, budgets, and project timelines.
  • A proactive team player who takes pride in building relationships and delivering quality outcomes.
