Structures Foreman - Landmark Brisbane Project

Join a leading builder-developer delivering one of the city's most exciting new high-rise builds. We're looking for an experienced Structures Foreman with strong jump form and screening experience to lead the structural delivery phase on site.

About the Role

Reporting to the Site Manager and Project Manager, you'll oversee all structural components of the project, with a key focus on jump form systems, core structures, and floor cycles. You'll drive safety, quality, and program performance while coordinating trades and managing sequencing across the core and slabs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead all jump form and screening operations and maintain tight program control
  • Coordinate formwork, reinforcement, and concrete trades
  • Manage daily site activities, toolbox talks, and quality inspections
  • Liaise with engineers, site management, and subcontractors

About You

  • Proven experience as a Structures Foreman on high-rise commercial or residential projects is very desirable
  • Strong technical knowledge of jump form, screens, and structural sequencing
  • Effective communicator and confident site leader
  • Committed to safety, quality, and teamwork
  • Ability to obtain or already have a QBCC Open license
