The Role

We're on the hunt for a knowledgeable Finishes Foreman to lead and work with our experienced site team in Brisbane. This is an immediate vacancy on a $60m Residential Aged Care Facility in Toowong.

What we're looking for:

  • Experience delivering $40-50M+ commercial projects.
  • Trade qualified in Carpentry and Joiner
  • Open site supervisor license
  • At least five years' experience in a similar position with strong experience in high end finishes
  • Energy, drive and enthusiasm to drive the project to program
  • Experience in delivering projects upwards of 5mil
  • Experience in Procore desirable but not required

What you'll be doing:

While working with our Site Manager and experienced construction team you will be doing the following:

  • Supervising trades and scheduling of work
  • Daily site set up and management
  • Consistently achieving and assisting subcontractors in their obligations to meet a high quality of workmanship
  • Excellent leadership, time management and the ability to complete projects on time and within budget
  • Ensuring a high level of communication and teamwork with all stakeholders
  • Assisting with the management of our on-site OHS & quality assurance practices
