We help clients solve complex problems, improve performance, and navigate change with confidence.
We are a collaborative, team-based practice that works closely with clients to design, innovate, and implement enduring solutions. Our clients span diverse sectors and share a common ambition: to embrace change and deliver services that make a meaningful difference across Australia.
Job DescriptionAs a Senior Consultant, you will play a key role in delivering client engagements across a range of industries. You will lead components of projects, manage stakeholders, and contribute to the development of strategic solutions. You'll also support junior team members and help shape the direction of our consulting offerings.
Your responsibilities may include:
- Leading the development of business strategies and operating models, helping clients define their vision, strategic priorities, and pathways to growth or improvement.
- Managing workstreams within business case development, including financial modelling, cost-benefit analysis, and stakeholder engagement for infrastructure, technology, or operational investments.
- Designing and implementing organisational change initiatives, such as process improvement, workforce planning, and service delivery optimisation.
- Applying structured project and program management methodologies to ensure initiatives are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned to strategic objectives.
- Conducting market research, stakeholder interviews, and data analysis to generate insights and inform client recommendations.
- Preparing and presenting client-ready deliverables, including reports, presentations, and strategic briefings.
- Building trusted relationships with clients and stakeholders, understanding their needs and tailoring solutions effectively.
- Mentoring and supporting junior consultants, contributing to their development and fostering a collaborative team culture.
- Contributing to internal initiatives, such as thought leadership, capability development, and practice growth.
How You Are Extraordinary
Experience in Management Consulting is highly desirable, or an ability to demonstrate background in internal facing consulting services. With 3–5 years of experience in consulting or a closely related discipline, you bring:
- A proven ability to lead components of client engagements and manage stakeholder relationships
- Experience applying typical consulting frameworks and methodologies, such as issue trees, MECE principles, SWOT, value chain analysis, operating model design, and customer journey mapping
- Experience or exposure to the practical application of continuous improvement methodologies such as Agile or Lean Six Sigma
- Strong strategic thinking and commercial acumen with a deep understanding of business operations and organisational dynamics
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- A collaborative mindset and ability to work effectively in multidisciplinary teams
- An appreciation for digital technologies and their role in enhancing business performance
- The ability to undertake and lead business development activities including the creation of compelling and differentiated value propositions in opportunity pursuits
- Lead and coach others in engagements, and mentoring staff as they grow their capabilities, careers and client service impact
- Tertiary qualifications in commerce, business, economics, public policy, technology, or a related discipline
