The
Senior Consultant
will play a pivotal role in
consulting with clients
to deeply understand their business needs, with a strong emphasis on leveraging data to drive insights and solutions. Key responsibilities include:

  • Data-Driven Consulting:
    Engage with clients to identify and articulate business challenges, using data analysis to uncover trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Requirements Gathering & Documentation:
    Collect, analyze, and document detailed business and data requirements, ensuring that all proposed technology solutions are grounded in robust data evidence and align with client strategy.
  • Data Analysis Techniques:
    Perform in-depth data analysis, including data mapping, and analytics, to support solution design and decision-making. Use quantitative and qualitative data to validate assumptions and measure outcomes.
  • Process Mapping & Optimization:
    Map current and future-state business processes, integrating data flows and identifying opportunities for automation and efficiency through insights.
  • Collaboration:
    Work closely with Solution Architects, Directors, and Client stakeholders to translate business requirements into actionable technical solutions.
  • Reporting & Visualization:
    Develop and present clear, actionable reports and data visualizations to communicate findings and recommendations to both technical and non-technical audiences.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years industry experience as a Business Analyst or Consultant on technology related projects
  • Strong experience in business analysis, with a focus on data analysis.
  • Proficiency in data tools and techniques
  • Understanding of technology foundations - AI, Cloud, Data, Integration, Applications
  • Experience in consulting and client engagement, data-centric projects are an advantage.
  • Knowledge of business processes and how data and technology can optimize them.
  • Familiarity with systems integration, documentation, and governance.
  • Excellent communication skills for engaging with stakeholders on technology, data and strategy topics.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Data Science, or a related field.
  • Big Four consulting experience nice to have
  • Experience in the Retail, CPG, or Supply Chain industry is a plus.
