ABOUT US

NLR is a leading national specialised cleaning & restoration company. We remediate water, fire and mould damaged properties for the commercial, insurance and residential market. We also solve a variety of cleaning problems - odour, cold-rooms, air conditioning contamination, meth lab clean up, etc. Our equipment hire division is a large part of our business too. We offer support to any business which would like to take on the decontamination challenge.

Our 24/7 emergency vehicles are ready to respond to any water damage emergency in Brisbane with a moment's notice. We can extract water, dry carpets, walls and structure.

ABOUT THE ROLE

As a Project Manager, you'll be the driving force behind our success; coordinating teams, managing timelines, and ensure quality outcomes for our clients.


• Inspect and quote on potential projects


• Oversee process from initial assessment to final completion


• Communicate with clients, and internal teams


• Ensure compliance with safety standards and industry regulations

ABOUT YOU

We're after someone who thrives in fast-paced environments and brings leadership, organisation, and empathy to every job. Ideally, you'll have:


• Proven experience in project managing restoration or construction jobs


• Strong knowledge of restoration processes and industry standards (IICRC certification a plus)


• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills


• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines


• Proficiency in project management software and tools


• Valid driver's license
