Your Impact:

  • Lead complex, enterprise-wide change initiatives with strong project and change management, ensuring alignment to strategic priorities
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to build strong stakeholder relationships
  • Manage milestones, budgets, and risks to ensure timely, successful outcomes
  • Proactively adapt plans to address project risks and evolving priorities
  • Ensure initiatives follow Goodstart's centre-led principles, empowering teams and improving centre experiences
  • Drive sustainable outcomes by embedding change effectively across the organisation

You'll bring to the table:

  • Extensive Experience leading large projects and change initiatives
  • Demonstrated drive for results with a strong ability to define and lead toward shared goals and a vision for the future
  • Strong stakeholder engagement, management and relationship building skills
  • Demonstrated ability to manage complexity and conflicting priorities or stakeholder requirements
  • Demonstrated ability to adapt and evolve to changes impacting programs of work
  • Ability to lead multi-disciplinary project teams in a matrix organisation
  • Demonstrated business acumen applied when making decisions
  • Excellent analytical and conceptual skills
  • Exceptional communication skills, presentation, and interpersonal skills
  • Working with Children Check for relevant State/Territory
