Aerodrome Management Services (AMS) is a professional services company providing a wide range of technical support and aerodrome management services to aerodrome owners and operators across Australia. Our growing team of aviation specialists provides support to our clients in the areas of aerodrome design, project management and construction, maintenance, technical inspections and aerodrome surveys, operational readiness, airport security, training, regulatory compliance, audits and ongoing daily operations.

About the position

Aerodrome Management Services (AMS) provides professional management, technical, and training services to our industry clients and various regional and remote operators across Australia. Being West Australian owned and always upholding a strong focus on quality, safety, and innovation within the aviation sector — we're looking for an experienced RTO Administrator to support our expanding Registered Training Organisation (RTO) operations.

As our RTO Administrator, you'll take the lead in ensuring compliance with the VET Quality Framework, managing audits, maintaining student records, and supporting trainers and learners alike. With the focus of this role being course coordination, management of enrolments through our associated systems and processes (Axcellerate/Wisenet) direct liaison with clients and regulators to ensure smooth operations of the RTO function within the business. This role will require a high level of attention to detail, initiative, and strong communication skills.

What you'll bring:


• Sound knowledge of the Australian Vocational Education and Training (VET) system and RTO standards


• Previous and demonstrated experience in a training coordination or RTO compliance role


• Excellent administration and stakeholder management skills


• Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE) essential; leadership or management qualifications desirable


• Aviation or technical training background (advantageous but not essential)
