With multiple campuses throughout Perth, we are looking for 2 x Campus Managers to join the team and provide support and leadership to all departments on their site. A hands on individual, ready to drive and execute the operational delivery of the company's mission and strategic plans.

**Essential Skills and Experience**
- Experience within the vocational training sector or RTO training environment including vocational funding arrangements.
- Knowledge & experience in the use of a student management system (VETTRAK desirable).
- Excellent administration, documentation, financial management, people management skills.
- Excellent liaison, presentation, verbal communication and negotiation skills with a diverse range of clients, stakeholders and authorities.
- Demonstrated high level analytical and problem solving skills, including the ability to think laterally on issues for the purpose of managing anomalies in course delivery and scheduling.
- Strategic project management; setting priorities, meeting deadlines within a complex and changing environment.
- Ability to work under high-pressure situations in relation to audit deadlines
- Understanding of AQF, NVR and experience implementing the standards.
- TAE40116 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (or equivalent).
