About the role

Alpha Allied Health is seeking experienced Physiotherapists, Exercise Physiologists and Remedial Massage Therapists to join our team working in the community across Adelaide. This is a contract role, offering flexible work arrangements to balance your professional and personal commitments.

What you'll be doing

  • Conducting home visits to community clients in Adelaide. Predominately working with an adult to older-adult caseload in the Inner and Southern suburbs.
  • Conducting initial assessments and developing individualised treatment plans for community clients.
  • Implementing evidence-based interventions to help patients regain their independence and improve their quality of life
  • Providing education and support to patients and their families
  • Maintaining detailed patient records and contributing to the ongoing monitoring and evaluation of treatment outcomes.

What we're looking for

  • Diploma in Remedial Massage Therapy and professional membership
  • Tertiary qualifications in Physiotherapy or Exercise Physiology and AHPRA/ ESSA registration.
  • Minimum of 2 years' experience
  • Excellent clinical skills and a strong understanding of evidence-based occupational therapy practices
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team
  • Demonstrated time management and organisational skills, with the ability to prioritise a diverse workload
