Your Role

endota therapists are passionate about providing a high level of customer service to our clients throughout their wellness journey.

In the role of a beauty therapist, you will perform advanced skin treatments including: Light Therapy (LED), Clinical peels, Electro-Mesotherapy, Hydro-Microdermabrasion, Customised Treatments and use skin analysis technology.

You will advise clients on products and regimes, and recommend home-care solutions. Using your beauty knowledge you will prescribe your client's skincare needs, offering products and solutions that will achieve your KPIs. You are encouraged to take ownership of your treatment room including set up, pack down and cleanliness.

Boasting 5 treatment rooms, we specialise in massage, facials, spa packages and a full list of beauty treatments.

Skills & experience required:

  • Diploma in Beauty or Massage Therapy - endota experience an advantage
  • Excellent customer service standards
  • Exemplary work ethic and reliability
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to nurture long term client relationships
