With multiple clinic locations across Adelaide, we provide a holistic approach to health and wellbeing through physiotherapy treatments, remedial massage, individual rehabilitation and fitness sessions.

Our Chinatown Clinic is seeking a skilled and dedicated Full-time Massage Therapist to join our friendly and professional team. You will be working in a supportive environment with experienced physiotherapists and other allied health professionals who are committed to delivering exceptional care to every client.

About the Role

As a Massage Therapist at NextStep Physio Clinic, you will:

·       Assess client needs and tailor treatment plans accordingly

·       Deliver tailored remedial massage treatments to relieve muscle tension, reduce pain, and improve functional movement

·       Ensure professionalism in all aspects of client communication, treatment documentation and confidentiality

·       Work collaboratively with physiotherapists and other clinicians to support client recovery

·       Maintain accurate treatment records and client progress notes

·       Promote a professional, caring, and customer-focused clinic environment

About You

To be successful in this role, you will have:

·       A recognised Diploma of Remedial Massage (or equivalent)

·       Registration as a Remedial Massage Therapist that eligibility for health fund provider registration

·       At least 3 years of professional massage therapy experience

·       Excellent hands-on skills and strong knowledge of anatomy and physiology

·       Great communication and interpersonal skills, with a client-focused approach

·       Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team

·       A genuine passion for helping clients improve their wellbeing

·       Bilingual proficiency will be highly regarded, as many of our clients come from diverse cultural backgrounds
