The OpportunityWe are looking for Graduate Exercise Physiologists to join our Graduate Program starting early 2026 (and for recent graduates from late 2025) in roles across Australia. Whether you want to work in private practice, with NDIS clients, in community health, clinics, or a mix — there are options.
What You'll Be Doing- Rotating through a variety of clinical caseloads (rehabilitation, chronic disease management, functional assessments, community settings) so you gain broad exposure.
- Conducting assessments, delivering evidence-based exercise prescriptions, developing individualised intervention plans.
- Collaborating within multidisciplinary teams (physiotherapists, occupational therapists, dietitians, etc.).
- Monitoring client progress, adjusting plans, and helping clients reach agreed outcomes.
- Working across different settings: clinic, home/community/outreach, possibly remote or mobile work.

What We're After
You'll be a strong candidate if you have:
- A degree in Exercise Physiology, graduating in 2025 or early 2026, or a recent graduate not yet fully employed in your discipline.
- Registration (or eligibility and willingness to register) with ESSA (Exercise & Sport Science Australia), or another relevant accreditation/registration body.
- Strong communication, time management, organisational skills.
- Enthusiasm for working with a diverse caseload (clinic, community, NDIS, chronic disease, rehabilitation etc.).
- A current driver's licence & willingness/ability to travel, including possibly to outreach sites or home visits.
- Full induction and orientation (clinical & operational).
- One-on-one and group mentoring/supervision plus peer support.
- Generous CPD budget; regular workshops/webinars.
- Access to tools, assessment equipment, and clinical resources.
- Flexible scheduling & variety of work settings.
- Travel reimbursement for work-related travel.
- Opportunity to move towards specialization or leadership roles.
