Your Role:
  • Deliver evidence-based exercise interventions for clients including NDIS, DVA, WorkCover, and private referrals
  • Conduct thorough assessments and develop individualised treatment plans
  • Work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team to ensure holistic care
  • Provide occasional home visits or community-based services where needed
  • Maintain accurate clinical records and contribute to service innovation and growth
