About the Role
Working on-site in Hallam within our customer service team, this is a full-time permanent position (Monday to Friday, 9am-5pm).
Key aspects of the role include:
- Processing orders via computer system for our wholesale providers
- Providing information about company products
- Resolving enquires via email or phone
- Providing ETA's
- Assisting Pride's external sales representatives with enquiries
- Filing
- Other administrative/customer service duties as required
About You
- Passionate about customer service
- Good communication skills, both verbal and written
- Computer literate
- Attention to detail
- Good work ethics and positive attitude
- Willingness to learn
- Honest, reliable, self-starter
- Able to work as an individual and as part of a team
