About the Role

Working on-site in Hallam within our customer service team, this is a full-time permanent position (Monday to Friday, 9am-5pm).

Key aspects of the role include:

  • Processing orders via computer system for our wholesale providers
  • Providing information about company products
  • Resolving enquires via email or phone
  • Providing ETA's
  • Assisting Pride's external sales representatives with enquiries
  • Filing
  • Other administrative/customer service duties as required
